How long are appointments? How frequently do I have to come?
Appointments are 45 minutes in length. Most people come once a week, though more frequent or less frequent appointments are sometimes recommended depending on the individual circumstances.

Do you accept insurance?
Relationship Solutions Center will help in submitting bills for any insurance plan that covers outpatient mental health benefits. If your therapist is not a contracted provider for your insurance company, “out of network” benefits will apply. This typically means that your portion of the bill will be higher. Some of the insurance companies our therapists are contracted include:
